Hi guys! I am looking to apply for the exchange program in the next few years. I am still in high school, so whether I apply depends on whether the exchange program is still around. I was reading the eligibility terms and I was a bit confused at this bit: "Be a current student at an accredited post-secondary university or at a tertiary-level accredited educational (TAFE) / Polytechnic institution and have completed the first full year of study prior to application." Does this mean I have to have done one year of university? I'm sorry if this was a stupid question but I'm really confused. Thank you!
